This house was left without care for quite a few years. We pressure washed, patched cracks with elastomeric compound, caulked around windows and did 100% of the needed prep before sealing with Loxon and painting.

The soffit was quite stained and the house was in really bad shape.

Soffit and gutters were sprayed so the holes on the soffit do not get clogged with paint. Hurricane gutters were closed and sprayed in white as well.

Some of the walls were sprayed and back rolled, some were brushed and rolled. 100% of the details were done. Nothing left behind.

Finished product came out great and most importantly the customer was 100% satisfied with his ‘brand new’ home.
