This old house on a lake was in desperate need of renovation.

Metal roof was stained and rusty in some spots. Rusty spots were sanded and treated with ospho. Industrial grade Axalta primer was used and a black Imron urethane top coat. Grade A, long lasting finish.

Walls and siding were painted white, doors were painted black. Following a much more modern trend.
